Dear god, I just teared up at a documentary about an airplane (Concorde). What on earth has happened to me in the past two years? I barely recognize myself sometimes.
I have to go back to work at the airport today…just in time for the Christmas rush…wonderful.

I go to Chicago January 1st to the 13th for work training. ACTUALLY starting to get a little excited about it! ORD! The airplanes! YES! And, because I’m also a girl, not just a pilot: The shopping! OMG!

Actually FLEW A PLANE yesterday. First time since November 7th! I was so busy with school and work for the second half of the semester that flying just didn’t happen. Felt good to be up there again. Did some more work in the circuit getting comfortable with the Cessna-172. It was not bad, but man that bitch just wanted to float. I would idle the throttle halfway through the downwind,...
Thoroughly fed up with studying. Been at it for eleven hours. This CPL written exam will be the death of me.
Finally given up for the night, and now I have Ben and Jerry’s and Masterpiece Theater to unwind with. Happy sigh.
